On August 1, the first Layer 2 project based on BitVM, Bitlayer, announced the launch of Bitlayer Track Pack (https://www.bitlayer.org/developers), a comprehensive development and security solution toolkit jointly developed by Bitlayer officials and community developers, aimed at helping developers efficiently and securely create projects, accelerating the process from conception to implementation of Web3 ideas.
Bitlayer Track Pack is divided into three main sections: Boost Tools, Security, and Operation Supports, specifically addressing common issues encountered by developers, such as scattered basic development resources, disorganized advanced development documentation, lack of professional browsers, data indexing services, and free MPC wallet management infrastructure, as well as a lack of security guidance and resources from top security service providers.
Bitlayer Track Pack will maximize the development potential of Bitlayer builders.
Boost Tools
Boost Tools will provide the following development and auxiliary tools:
Faucet: Quickly obtain Bitlayer test coins
Explorer: Visualize and view transactions on the Bitlayer chain
Multisig Wallet: Ensure asset security through multi-signature
The Graph: Rapidly retrieve on-chain transactions
Additionally, Bitlayer offers more than ten commonly used data and wallet tools, which can be queried via this link (https://docs.bitlayer.org/docs/Learn/TrackPack/BoostTools/).
Security
The Security module will provide the following three security tools to ensure optimal protection for project assets and data within the Bitlayer ecosystem:
Dapp Security Handbook: Step-by-step procedures to achieve stronger security guarantees
Bitlayer Security Network: Connects with multiple top security audit companies for services
Open Source Security Testing Tools: Free preliminary checks of contract code to prevent issues before they arise
Operation Supports
Operation Supports aims to provide ecological support in various aspects, including funding, market operations, and project growth:
Ready Player One Incentive Program: Distributes over $50 million in incentives to protocols and teams that perform exceptionally on the Bitlayer mainnet. Developers can register for the Ready Player Grant initiative and submit project information.
Operational and Market Resources: Includes popular rankings, DApp centers, user centers, etc.
Ecosystem Growth Activities: Includes Mining Gala, The Voice of Bitlayer, global cryptocurrency conferences, etc.
Through Bitlayer Track Pack, developers can not only efficiently and securely develop projects but also receive comprehensive support such as grants and operational assistance, helping them achieve success within the Bitlayer ecosystem. We look forward to creating Bitcoin history together with developers.
About Bitlayer
Bitlayer is the first Bitcoin security-equivalent Layer 2 based on BitVM. The core goal of Bitlayer is to resolve the trade-off dilemma between security and Turing completeness in Bitcoin Layer 2 through cryptographic innovation and blockchain engineering implementation.
Bitlayer is committed to becoming the computational layer for Bitcoin, aiming to introduce ultra-scalability while inheriting its security, providing users with a high-throughput, low-cost transaction experience.
