VGX Foundation Joins Forces with Honeyland
The VGX Foundation has announced a partnership with Web3 gaming project Honeyland and will be providing VGX token rewards to Honeyland players.
VGX is a cross-chain token designed to bridge the gap between GameFi and gaming ecosystems. Honeyland, on the other hand, is a blockchain-based casual strategy game available on both iOS and Android platforms, and currently ranks as one of the most popular games on Solana.
As part of this collaboration, players holding Genesis-level Eggs, Bees, or Queens before the snapshot on June 6, 2024, at 17:00 UTC will receive VGX token rewards. Additionally, players who have already received token rewards from the VGX Foundation’s partnership with Gala Games can use their VGX to purchase Voyager: Ascension season passes at Gala Games and earn GVGX rewards.
In addition to offering VGX rewards to Genesis holders, from June 12 to June 19, the Honeyland “Cosmetic Shop” will provide all Honeyland players with a free VGX cosmetic feature – a hat designed with VGX as the theme. This cosmetic feature can be merged into any Bee to enhance its “Capacity” attribute.
Regarding this partnership, Honeyland CEO Corey Wright stated, “We have been looking for new ways to reward Honeyland players, and we are excited to partner with the VGX Foundation to provide exciting new rewards for both our existing and new players.”
